Eligibility for Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As our products are Perishable Goods, we only support refund and return when there is any manufacturing defect.
Customers may return products under the following circumstances:
- Damaged, Expired, Faulty, or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged, has expired, is faulty, or defective.
- Incorrect Product: If the product received does not match the product ordered.
Return & Cancellation Timeframe
- Customers must initiate a return request within [3] day of receiving the product.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in their original,
- unopened condition.
- Include all original packaging.
- Not be damaged or altered in any way.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact Customer Service: Email Absolute Nuts customer service at gobalsales@theabsolutenuts.in within 3days of receiving the product
- Provide Information: Include the order number, product details, and a detailed explanation of the reason for return.
- Obtain Authorization: Obtain a return authorization number from customer service.
- Ship the product to the address provided by customer service, ensuring it is securely packaged and accompanied by the return authorization number.
Refund Process
- Upon receipt of the returned product, Absolute Nuts will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the refund is approved by Absolute Nuts, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
